The Greater Grand Island Community Foundation’s scholarship program offers financial opportunities for students of all backgrounds and can be granted to traditional and nontraditional students. Scholarships are granted once a year and are decided through a committee. The Greater Grand Island Community Foundation specializes in legacy philanthropy. Funds are established to impact the area of the community that means the most to donors, both during and after their lifetime.
The Greater Grand Island Community Foundation scholarships are open to traditional and non-traditional students in the Grand Island, Doniphan-Trumbull, and Sherman County areas. The foundation provides a wide variety of scholarships, and thusly, has created a “one-stop” application that allows a student to fill out a single application, that automatically matches them to scholarship opportunities they may be eligible for. For more information or to apply, please visit the scholarship provider's website.
