I am applying for this housing scholarship, Grant, as I am an International person, living in Portland, in Oregon in a homelness facility and would like very much to persue my studie in the field f Law and Justice. I have tried to get Employment and Accommodation since 2014 and is unable to get a reportable Job. I am tired of writing Applications and have not gotten any, or no reply for all my Effort and Sincerity.
