LGBTQA+ Fashion Scholarship

In an effort to encourage LGBTQA+ high school students to pursue a career in the fashion industry- whether in fashion design, marketing, merchandising, or other related fields- BOMME Studio offers an incentive through their scholarship program. Each applicant must meet all of the following requirements: identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgendered; be a
U.S. citizen or permanent resident; and have a cumulative high school grade-point-average of at least a 3.25.
Besides completing the application, applicants must also submit: up to five sketches that demonstrate their sense of fashion; a cover letter; and an essay of at least 1,000 words on either Vision (describe your goals and action steps that you plan to take towards pursuing a career in fashion), Adversity (challenges have you faced and how you've overcome them to pursue your dreams) or Entrepreneurship (ideas that you have had to start a business in fashion).
