Scholarship Description

The Baltimore Chapter of the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) offers a scholarship to a deserving female-identifying student from Morgan State University in memory of alumna Nicole Washington.

Scholarship Details

  • Open to female-identifying undergraduate students attending Morgan State University’s Civil or Transportation Systems Engineering Department.
  • Must be full-time students enrolled in at least 12 credit hours.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Returning undergraduate student at Morgan State University.
  • Majoring in Civil or Transportation Systems Engineering
  • First-time undergraduate degree candidate.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen for federal student aid.

Application Process

  1. Submit the scholarship application.
  2. Provide transcripts to confirm a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
