I will graduate from a small high school in northeastern PA this coming June. I am attending Penn State to further my athletic and academic careers; I am seeking extra financial help to minimize my debt after graduating college. I have yet to apply for this scholarship but plan on doing so !

I am applying for this scholarship because I have 7 siblings. 5 of my siblings have autism and I am the first child who does not have this disorder. I need some help getting to college because I am the first one going to college and this will help me get a jump start on my career plans! Thank you very much for this opportunity! - Erik W. I just started at All State Career School. I applied for FASFA and even received a grant towards my CDL course. Unfortunately, they don't cover everything. I am responsible for $150 a month for the next six months. It may not seem like a lot too most, but I volunteer 40 hours a week at a homeless shelter to pay for my stay there. I'm a single father of three trying to turn my life around. I'm concerned I will lose my chance to better not only my life but my children's lives due to lack of payment.

It may be awarded on how much you like a card game, or to whomever comes up with the most creative way to use a household product. It may even be for students interested in… potatoes? No joke, these five scholarships are some of the weirder ones on our site. Are you weird enough to apply? [...]
