  • The Doyle Foundation Scholarship can be applied to any post-secondary institution. Applicants must be a graduating senior or graduate of the Huntington Beach Union High School District in Southern California, a graduating senior or graduate of the Washoe County School District in Northern Nevada, or a graduate or current student of qualifying colleges.
