  • The Illinois Sheriffs' Association will be awarding scholarships throughout the State of Illinois to students wishing to pursue higher education. The student must be enrolled full-time at a certified institution of higher learning within the State of Illinois. Applicants must be permanent residents of Illinois. Do not send completed applications to the ISA Office. Applicants must mail them to the sheriff's office of their county of residence.
