Scholarship Details
- Employee Eligibility: Live Nation employees and their family members are eligible to apply.
- One-Time Award: The scholarship is a one-time award and will be paid directly to the recipient's educational institution.
Eligibility Criteria
- GPA Requirement: Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Academic Status: Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students with a declared major, currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- Field of Study: Applicants must be pursuing a career in live entertainment, including but not limited to live event operations, production, music engineering, and related fields.
Application Process
- Complete Application: Fill out the Scholarship Application Form.
- Provide Transcript: Submit a student copy of your college transcript to confirm your GPA.
- Submit Documents: Include a resume or CV and proof of enrollment from your educational institution.
- Letters of Recommendation: Obtain two letters of recommendation from non-Live Nation affiliated industry professionals and/or instructors.
- Write an Essay: Compose an essay on the unique value that women bring to the live entertainment industry workforce. The essay should not exceed 500 words and should outline your long-term professional goals within the entertainment industry.
- Impact Essay: If awarded the scholarship, you will be required to write a final impact essay at the end of the school year, updating Music Forward on how the funds supported your academic journey and progress towards your long-term career goals.
Applicants may apply for only one of the three scholarships offered through this opportunity. If multiple applications are received, only the first received application will be reviewed for consideration of a scholarship award.
