I have recently moved out of an emotionally abusive home and this scholarship would help me get further along as I continue my studies to reach my aspirations. My family does not support me as a lesbian and I can no longer be in a home where I am not accepted and loved for the human being I am. Thank you for your consideration and I may not know you but your support does not go unnoticed!
