We believe that college should be an option for everyone who wants to further their education. Through the Office of Financial Aid at Valpo, we provide student financial services surrounding financial aid, undergraduate scholarships, and tuition costs. Parents and students can complete the FAFSA starting in October each year. We encourage you to file your FAFSA, regardless of your family’s income. 98% of Valpo undergraduates receive college financial aid through scholarships, grants and other sources.
98% of undergraduate students receive some gift aid (free money) from Valpo to help reduce the cost of attendance. All incoming freshman and transfer students receive consideration for merit scholarships at the time of application for admission. We do not have a separate process or deadlines for applying for scholarships. All scholarships are renewable as long as Satisfactory Academic Progress is maintained.
