We are pleased to announce our annual Latino Social Work Coalition Scholarship Program. This program provides scholarships to Latino social work students with significant financial need residing in the New York metropolitan area that have been accepted or are enrolled in a master’s level program at one of the following accredited schools of social work:
Adelphi University School of Social Work, Columbia University School of Social Work, Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service, Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work, Lehman College Department of Social Work, New York University Silver School of Social Work, Touro Graduate School of Social Work, Yeshiva University Wurzweiler School of Social Work.
All applicants must be residents of either New York City or the counties of Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester. Please note that returning students not originally residents of the New York Metropolitan Area who have registered to vote in the New York Metropolitan Area are deemed to be New York Metropolitan Area residents for purposes of applying for these scholarships. Applicants also must demonstrate a commitment to working with the Latinx community upon completion of graduate studies and sign a letter of acknowledgment.
