• The Houtan Scholarship Foundation (HSF) seeks students from all origins, Iranian and non-Iranian, who have high academic performance and have proven interest in promoting Iran's great culture, heritage, language and civilization.

  Eligible applicants must: be fluent and literate in Farsi; have an interest in Persian culture; have superior academic performance or a significant increase of academic performance; be attending a graduate school; and, demonstrate financial need.
