Since awarding our first $500 scholarship in 1987, the Saginaw Community Foundation has awarded more than $8 million in scholarships. The Thomas Spencer Tilot, Sr., Memorial Scholarship was established to support students who will pursue vocational or technical training beyond high school. Eligible applicants must be a high school senior, enroll at a Michigan school for vocational or technical training, reside in the City of Saginaw, demonstrate financial need and have a 2.5 GPA. Dollar amounts will vary.
