Scholarship Description

The John C. Volderauer Scholarship is offered to an undergraduate in radiologic technology, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound sonography or nuclear medicine technology who is a permanent resident of Kalamazoo County or is receiving their clinical or didactic training in Kalamazoo County. It is also offered to a person who is continuing their education, and who is a current radiologic technologist employed in or resident of Kalamazoo County. Students don't have to be enrolled full-time. Dollar amounts will vary.

The purpose of the John C. Volderauer Scholarship is two-fold: To provide financial assistance for qualified students enrolled in a Radiology Technology, Ultrasound, Sonography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, or Nuclear Medicine Technology program; and, to provide supplemental funds for postgraduate education to qualified registered radiologic technologists. This is offered by the Kalamazoo Community Foundation, who offers over 56 scholarships and grants to today's students. Scholarship Search
