To be eligible for the Korean American Scholarship Foundation-Southwestern Regional Chapter, applicants must be of Korean ancestry (including foreign students from Korea), demonstrate financial need, have a 3.0 GPA, and be a full time student at a school in one of the designated Southwestern region states (Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas) during the upcoming school year.
