  • Project Yellow Light is a scholarship competition designed to bring about change. As an applicant you have one clear mission: encourage your peers to develop and embrace safe driving habits. Applicants must create a video designed to motivate, persuade and encourage your peers to not drive distracted. Applicants must be high school juniors and seniors between the ages of 14 and 20 who will complete graduation requirements by or before July 31st or undergraduate college students between the ages of 15 and 25. College admission requirements have already changed for the Class of 2021, as many schools have announced test-optional policies for the upcoming application period in the wake of widespread SAT and ACT test cancellations due to the coronavirus. Now, college admission deans have teamed up to sign a statement of empathy to rising high school seniors.
