Scholarship Description

Education is vital to the growth and future of every community. Because of this, the Saginaw Community Foundation administers a variety of scholarship programs for high school, community college, university and vocational students. Since awarding our first $500 scholarship in 1987, the Saginaw Community Foundation has awarded more than $8 million in scholarships. Established in 2015, the St. Charles Community Foundation Scholarship provides an opportunity for St. Charles High School graduating seniors to advance their post-graduate training. The scholarship will offer tuition-only support for as many senior graduates from St. Charles High School as can be monetarily funded. Applicants must have minimum 2.75 GPA and demonstrate financial need, demonstrate leadership skills, and have involvement in community and school organizations with evidence of volunteer work. Dollar amounts for the scholarship will vary.
