Hello, my name is Wendy, I have not taken in to consideration what colleges to attend as I have not given any thought on what to major. I know being able to attend a prestige college will open up many doors for me as I could possibly be the first out 5 siblings to attend. I fell in love with editing my sophomore year using a free app on my phone. I was not aware one can major is such field until now. Finding out there are scholarship programs that offer help to us, has inspire me to apply with Scholorship.com in hopes of being one of the few chosen to reach what was once a unreachable dream.

I will be applying for this scholarship because I've always planned on helping my parents pay off some of my college funds. Being able to help my parents out with the cost of going to college means everything to me and that's why I'm applying for this scholarship.

I have applied for this scholarship for the opportunity to be able to afford college. My mother is a single parent and will most likely not be able to pay for my full tuition. I have been playing volleyball since middle school and also club and have excelled and have received recognitions and would also, if possible, play at a college level.

Since then, more and more colleges and universities have quietly adopted test-optional merit aid policies to complement their currently test-optional admissions. [...]

Avoid Student Debt at Colleges with No Student Loans

February 25, 2021

by Izzy Hall

Here at Scholarships.com, we connect students with scholarships that can help alleviate the amount of student loans they need to take out to pay for college. But there are colleges out there that offer students such generous financial aid packages that they need to take out very little in loans if at all. These “no student loans” colleges replace student loans in financial aid packages with additional scholarships and grants to help fund a student’s tuition. Students accepted into these schools will pay much less than the cost of tuition and thus will not be as burdened with student debt. [...]
