Face the Future Foundation established The Adrienne L. Green Scholarship in 2018 and is open to all current and former craniofacial patients in the Chicagoland area.
One $5,000 scholarship is awarded annually to the winning candidate to attend an accredited qualifying higher education institution of their choice.
Adrienne L. Green saw the world through the eyes of an artist. She was an avid art collector who believed every work of art tells an important story. Adrienne was particularly passionate about the importance of education. She believed everyone should seek continued education and supported higher learning through college, graduate school, trade school or a training academy.
Constants in Adrienne’s life were her love of her family and friends, her passion for art, and her belief in education. The Adrienne L. Green Scholarship honors her legacy.

1. Application Enrollment: September 14, 2020 – November 2nd.
2. Completed applications must be submitted and received no later than November 2,nd at 4:00 pm.
3. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
4. Winner will be notified Tuesday, December 1st
