  • The Ford Transfer Scholars Program offers a scholarship and support to high performing community college students under the age of 25 (as of application deadline) planning to transfer to a full-time bachelor's degree program at a four-year institution. In addition to a generous financial award to complete one's bachelor's degree, Ford Family scholarship recipients receive academic guidance, leadership development, personal and professional support, and access to the Ford Family alumni network. Up to 25 renewable scholarships are awarded each year to residents of Oregon and

    Siskiyou County, California.

    Applicants must be a high school graduate or GED recipient of Oregon or Siskiyou County, California, and be a current student at or recent graduate of (within the last academic year) an accredited community college in their home state of Oregon or California. Applicants must meet all residency requirements for planned four-year college of attendance and have the intent of completing a bachelor's degree. Current community college students must have sophomore status, as defined by their institution, as of January 1 of the application year. Residents of Siskiyou County may attend Oregon Institute of Technology or Southern Oregon University if they qualify for in-state tuition.
