  • Scholarship Description
  • All applicants must have completed four design courses in post-secondary education at the time of application and be majoring in interior design or a related field and must be full-time undergraduate or graduate students majoring in design with a focus on residential upholstered and/or wood furniture design. The completed application packet must include a sealed transcript of course work that verifies full-time status and shows your GPA, a 200-400 word essay explaining your long-term and short-term goals, special interests, volunteer/community service, and what inspired you to pursue a professional career in this field. Include five different examples of original furniture designs, whether built or detailed sketches (Emailed digital color PDF files) and a letter of recommendation from an instructor/professor on official school stationery.
