  • Scholarship Description
  • The Russ Casey / Maine Restaurant Associates Scholarship Fund was established to promote careers in the restaurant and hospitality industry in Maine. This scholarship honors the integrity and memory of Russell Casey, a beloved and extraordinary employee of the Jordan's Foods Corporation.

    Any student who is a resident of Maine and is, or will be attending an institution of higher education in a field of study clearly associated with the culinary arts, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality management is eligible to apply. Preference is given to those pursuing a career in food service and preference given to Maine-based educational institutions.
