  • Scholarship Description
  • The Karen Ann Shopis-Fox Memorial Scholarship, of the CT Chapter of ASLA, is awarded to encourage awareness and education in the field of landscape architecture.

    -Applicants must be a legal resident of the State of Connecticut and be enrolled in an accredited landscape architecture program (undergraduate or graduate) at the college/university level; graduating seniors can only apply if they have been accepted into a qualifying graduate program for the following Fall. Prior award
    recipients can reapply
    -Through your college/university, provide CTASLA with verification of your status as a student. Payment will be made directly to the college/university
    -All decisions made by the Scholarship Committee are deemed final, including the option not to award a scholarship. Relatives of Connecticut-licensed Landscape Architects and CTASLA members are encouraged to apply
