  • Scholarship Description
  • The Norman Topping Student Aid Fund offers supplemental scholarships to incoming freshmen, incoming transfer, and incoming graduate students at USC. The criteria for selection is a focus on high financial need students who demonstrate extraordinary levels of community awareness. Postmark deadlines are in February 21 for freshmen and May 21 for transfer and graduate students.

A controversial immigration debate was canceled this week by a student group at The University of Chicago - a university which "prides itself on protecting free speech, even offensive speech."
