  • The California Hispanic Education Endowment Fund awards are for Orange County, California high school seniors, transfer students or community college students of Hispanic descent only.

    To be eligible, applicants must:

    -Be a Latino/a who has lived in Orange County (OC), CA for the past six (6) years
    -Be an OC public or private high school graduate who enrolls fulltime at a four-year college or an OC community college transfer who enrolls fulltime at a four-year college
    -Complete the "Applicant Financial Information" section of the online application
    -Be a first generation college student
    -Have a family income limit of $45,000
    -Previous HEEF scholars may reapply for selected subfunds
