SCAD Challenge Poster Scholarship Competition

Offering high school seniors an international stage to exhibit their work, the SCAD Challenge seeks the next generation of talented artists and designers.

The SCAD Challenge Poster Competition offers students a platform for demonstrating design talents and for building their professional reputations as advertisers and graphic designers prior to launching their college careers. Finalists are featured in a permanent online screening gallery and three winners are awarded scholarships to attend SCAD, which are renewable each year until winners complete their undergraduate degrees at SCAD. This funding can be added to other scholarships and financial aid.

High school seniors are invited to submit a professional-grade promotional poster advertising a real or fictional event. Entrants should feel free to incorporate any medium or material into their designs, from collages and pen-and-ink drawings to digitally composed works. Winning entries will feature designs that take a fresh approach to marketing and are visually interesting.

UNL also offered many great scholarship opportunities, which made it more affordable than many of the other schools that I looked [...]
