• Jacki and Don Herbert had no children of their own. However, they valued the benefits of a college education and desired to help committed students attend college. The Hebert Memorial Scholarship Fund was established upon Jacki’s death to help fund the education of students who are Saginaw County residents and have a “B” or better average in high school. The Hebert Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to help fund the education of students who are Saginaw County residents. Applicants must: be high school seniors or current undergraduates (enrolled full-time) and have a 3.0 GPA. For more information or to apply, please visit the scholarship providers website.
