I have not applied to this scholarship yet because this website won't let me, But I would love to apply for this scholarship because I know many people who have been victims of bullying and my goal is to help as many bully victims I can. Many people say that it gives the bully victim tough skin but I think that all it does is make the bully victim feel worthless about themselves and who they are as a person. I believe that bullying is a bad thing and should be eradicated at all cost because you never know what someone is going through in their personal life

Will there be a scholarship for victims of bullying? After eduring such horrific treatment from girls, the school did nothing!! This forced us to remove them & go to another school. The cost of private school is insane, but we had no choice. A scholarship like this could greatly help us . Twins is expendive enough, but privste school & college 2x.. all because school did nothing. I hope there is a 2019 scholarship for them to apply.

I have been bully when I was young and it didn't feel so good. Having low self -esteem and having suicide though every time night when you go to sleep. But I overcome it because by playing sports and just being your self and that why I'm going to school for Criminal Justice for protecting the people who went through, what I went been through

Coming out to my schoolmates about my sexuality was uneventful until the lesser humans of my class decided it would be fun to make fun of me for it. I ignored them but the teasing still wore on me. I plan on entering the arts and my history with the gay community and troubles coming out would be reflected in that. This scholarship would help me with the schooling I plan to pursue before making a career.

Jacob M  on 12/14/2015 9:20:53 AM

I did apply for this scholarship because i have been bullied, and it isn't very fun.

Keiara B  on 12/11/2015 1:11:52 PM

People shouldn't bully because it isn't big to make others feel small. Some kids already have low self-esteem and one day you might need that person you once bullied.

Scholarships.com's Weird Scholarships Part Two

January 21, 2021

by Izzy Hall

There are a lot of scholarships out there, some more conventional than others. Last time, we discussed a scholarship for students interested in becoming part of the chicken industry, but even that scholarship is far from the weirdest. There are some scholarships out there that have unusual criteria, to say the least. It may be based on something totally out of your control, like your height or last name. It may be awarded on how much you like a card game, or to whomever comes up with the most creative way to use a household product. It may even be for students interested in… potatoes? No joke, these five scholarships are some of the weirder ones on our site. Are you weird enough to apply? [...]
