R.W. "Bob" Holden Scholarship

The R.W. "Bob" Holden Scholarship is a tribute to the continuting leadership in the hotel industry and dedication to education of those entering the industry as expressed by Bob Holden.


Student must be a U.S. citizen and a Hawaii resident, be enrolled as a full-time junior or senior at a U.S. accredited university/college majoring in hotel management and have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Deadline to submit application is July 1st; written request for a scholarship application will be accepted by the Hawai`i Hotel & Lodging Association offices starting February 1st.

Applications can be obtained through our website or by mailing a stamped self-addressed envelope to:
