The ChairScholars Foundation College Scholarships

The ChairScholars Foundation, Inc. awards up to $20,000 in college scholarships to young men and women with very serious physical challenges. Students must be high school seniors of college freshman. Only students with excellent grades and test scores will be considered and preference is made for applicants from low-income families and single parents. Proof of disability is required.



We are looking for very special students who have given back to their community in spite of their physical challenge. All applicants will be considered without regard to sex, race, or creed.

Fifteen to 20 new students are taken yearly and are given $3,000- to ,000 per year for each college year to a maximum of $20,000 total. Over 250 applicants apply yearly. No post-graduate study can be funded. Only U.S. citizens are considered.
