Applicants for the Lee Essie and Charlie McMillan, Jr. Music Scholarship must be a Saginaw County resident high school senior or college student with a minimum 2.5 GPA and must be pursuing an undergraduate, graduate degree, or vocational studies. Applicants must have at least one year of practical experience or training in instrumental music with part-time or full-time enrollment. Dollar amounts will vary.
