  • Scholarship Description
  • The Tony B. Leisner Scholarship was established with a donation from an active ALA member and former member of the ALA Council. To be eligible for this award, applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicant must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen or permanent resident who is currently working in a library. Attend ALA-accredited Master's program with no more than 12 semester hours towards MLS/MLIS/MIS prior to June 1st of year awarded. Applicant must also include a personal statement.
