Maine State Chamber of Commerce Scholarship

The Maine State Chamber of Commerce Scholarship program recognizes three Maine students planning to pursue education at a two- or four-year degree-granting college. Preference may be given to a student attending a Maine college and seeking a degree in a business- or education-related field. One scholarship is for a high school student pursuing an associate degree in a technical program, one scholarship is for a student pursuing a bachelor's degree in a business related area and one scholarship is given to an adult learner planning to pursue an education at a two-year degree granting college.

Eligible recipient must be a Maine resident, who is accepted to or enrolled in a two or four year degree-granting Maine college or technical school that is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (the student must actually choose to attend the Maine institution). Graduate students are also eligible.
