• The John & Francesca Vera Community Leadership Scholarship was established by John and Francesca Vera to support students of Hispanic/Latino descent who have an interest in community leadership.   One scholarship will be awarded in the amount of $2,500 to a Hispanic/Latino Male Student; One scholarship will be awarded in the amount of $2,500 to a Hispanic/Latina Female Student. Open all Latino/Latina graduating seniors at Franklin High School in Stockton, California, pursuing an undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university. Preference/Section Criteria: demonstration of leadership in their community. Applicant must have a 3.0 GPA minimum.
