The Community Foundation of Northern Colorado fosters collaboration, serves as a catalyst for community projects, and is a trusted steward and service provider to philanthropists and nonprofit organizations. They manage and administer over 500 charitable funds and over $185 million in assets. The Community Foundation of Northern Colorado meets national standards for operational quality, donor service and accountability in the community foundation sector. Throughout their generosity, the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado offers numerous scholarships. Application open in mid-January.
The purpose of the Stephen J. Roy Memorial Scholarship is to provide assistance to students with financial need who reside in or otherwise have substantial ties to Larimer County, and who have an interest in the study of law or our system of government, debate or other similar law-related educational activities. Eligible applicants must demonstrate financial need, and reside in or have strong ties to Larimer County (students attending Windsor High School are eligible).
