Waverly Community House Inc. - F. Lammot Belin Arts Scholarships
The F. Lammot Belin Scholarship is not intended to pay tuition costs. It is awarded to a working artist (either visual or performing) who either lives in or is a native of Northeastern Pennsylvania, primarily Lackawanna County. The candidate must submit a portfolio and a plan for a project. The intent of the scholarship is to allow an artist to grow to a higher level of proficiency.
