  • Colorado Mesa University offers small class sizes, state-of-the-art facilities, and expert faculty who take an interest in your success. A CMU education is a great value, and we stand by our commitment to keep higher education affordable. Last year, we awarded more than $73 million in financial aid and scholarships to 75% of the student body.

    CMU's Academic Achievement Award is valued at $1,250 per academic year ($625 per semester). Initial eligibility requirements: Applicants must be incoming freshmen and satisfy two of the three following criteria: 3.20 GPA, top 20% of their class, or a 22 ACT/1040 combined SAT.

    The scholarship can be renewed for a maximum of 120 credit hours as long as the student maintains a 3.0 cumulative GPA and full-time status (12 Credit Hours/Semester) at CMU.

    Students applying for admission to Colorado Mesa University will automatically be considered for merit scholarships; completing an additional application is NOT required. For further details and to apply, please visit the scholarship provider's website.
