Every year, the EGIA Foundation Scholarship Program awards scholarships of $2,500 apiece to up to 20 recipients who are pursuing an educational course of study in an HVAC-related field. The scholarship promises that, while HVAC education already costs a fraction of the four-year-university route, financial barriers to entry into the industry workforce are as minimal as possible.
