  • To be eligible for the Community Foundation of Shelby County Scholarships, applicants must be seniors at Sidney High School, Lehman Catholic High School, Sidney Christian Academy or Upper Valley Career Center (who are residents of the Sidney City Schools district). A gun-toting Tennessee college senior showed her support for President Trump and guns while holding her shirt up to reveal her handgun in her graduation photos to "show who [she is] as a person."
