  • Scholarship Description
  • The Blinded Veterans Association will again award 16 Kathern F. Gruber scholarships for the upcoming academic year, according to John Williams, Administrative Director at the Association’s National Headquarters. Six scholarships of $2,000 each will be available.

    The scholarships are limited to spouses and dependent children of blinded veterans, but the blinded veteran in question is not required to be a BVA member. Scholarships are awarded on a "most highly qualified" basis as determined by a BVA scholarship committee.
