Tony V. Grey Legacy Scholarship

• Scholarship Description
• To be eligible for the Tony V. Grey Legacy Scholarship, applicants must: be a graduating high school senior from a school located in Ventura County; have a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 2.0; be a resident of Ventura County; and have at least a minimum Filipino heritage of 50%. Besides completion of the application and an essay, applicants are also required to submit letters of recommendation (one from a teacher and another from an individual of your choice), transcripts, proof of acceptance into a college or university, as well as a 15-30 minute interview in-person or via video chat.

  The Tony V. Grey Legacy Scholarship was created by his family and loved ones to memorialize the life, honor the memory, and commemorate the legacy of Tony V. Grey (July 28, 1937 - October 13, 2016). A dedicated family man, navy officer, community leader of Ventura County and proud Filipino...American...Pinoy. The life of Tony Grey went above and beyond just his family and this scholarship award was created in that spirit.
