I’m going to apply for this scholarship to help pay for my college

ian c  on 10/8/2018 12:01:52 PM

My mother is not going to be able to pay for my college tuition and taking student loans would cause me to be in debt the day i graduate college so if i can win this i can put it into my college funds and not cause my mother to share in my debt. i realize that who i am may not cause a second look but my reasons for winning this fair and square are right just as i'm sure most people who have applied for this have as well. Not only this but there are issues in this corrupted nation that not many have realized the extent of so maybe by speaking about it this would make others see not by being radical or yelling but by sitting down and looking someone dead in the eyes and showing them.

Brinda S  on 9/30/2018 9:57:08 PM

I will be applying for this scholarship because this will assist my parents in help me afford school, I know we will be taking loans, but this funding would certainly go a long way for us.

alexis r  on 9/24/2018 11:51:37 AM

I applied for this scholarship do to being homeless and not having a place to go. I hope that college will get me out of the place that I'm at.

Rebekah S  on 9/24/2018 9:30:58 AM

I'm applying for this scholarship because I need help. My parents said that if they don't get a say in what college I go to then they weren't going to pay for it. I want to go to a college that is going to be good for the career I want to go into. I would be moving to Terre Haute and my mom doesn't like that. So I would have to be on my own for paying for college. This scholarship would pay for almost 2 years of my college.

Amauri b  on 9/17/2018 9:13:34 PM

I have a dream. I have a reason to reach that dream. I left my house at a really young age. I got married and had a baby. I am currently 18. I would love to be an example for all those girls out there that get pregnant at a young age and think there future is over. I want to tell you all that this life that we now have. Has just begun. That one day our kid will be so proud of us. I want to be a counselor for teens. I want to make a difference in their life. I want them to all know that we were all brought to this world to make mistakes and to experience things. I am a young mom and wife and I love being it but for that reason I want to go to college and graduate with a major on Substance abuse and addiction and a Marriage and family therapy counseling. I believe in myself. I believe I am capable of fulfilling my dreams. This goes to all those young moms out there.

This is an amazing opportunity, and everyone knows how difficult it is to muster up the money needed for college these days. I'm very excited to try this out.

Dalton W  on 10/8/2012 6:32:49 PM

Thank you for the opportunity to get scholarships towards my college education. There are so many young adults depending on the same thing. I would be thrilled if, in fact, I did win one. So excited to try. Great contest and way to win money towards college.

Shalea W  on 8/19/2012 12:26:53 PM

This sounds like a good scholarship I could be interested in and my mom would not have to put any money towards it. My mom is a single parent and I'm sure she would be happy for me and proud that I get a full scholarship. I want to further my education, improve on my test scores and get the money so I can go to college. I'm excited to see what all they have and looking foward to it.

Nicole H  on 5/18/2012 11:53:16 AM

rosaura r  on 9/7/2011 4:06:05 PM

I am glad that there are oppurtunities to recieve money this easily. Out here are many, such as me, who only depend on scholarship money to be able to attend to college because unlike others we cannot work because we do not have a social security number. I love the fact that there are people willing to give there own money to simple people like us, who want to follow our dream to be somebody. So to those who donate money for scholarships from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!

Danielle J  on 9/5/2011 7:15:37 PM

I am one of the most determined people in this world. With a heart so big i am destined to reach billions who long for a helping hand. I may be young but that has nothing to do with a how large my impact could be. I want to open schools, foster homes, build houses, and even better nursing homes to house those with the wisdom of tomorrow. I am the perfect definition of a dreamer but i am striving to make my dreams reality!

abdullah a  on 8/27/2011 4:00:19 PM

i have always wanted to be something important. i have always dreamed with in being one of the most important people in my life so i can help the people who can't recieve help and listen to the people who can't be heard. all i want is a chance so i can be heard and help my self, my family and my country. i know that opportunities are every where and i have to look for them but if i just kept on looking and no body helped i will never be heard just like those people.

Jasely M  on 8/17/2011 11:43:15 PM

Fantastic, I'm up for the challenge.

Tomas S  on 7/17/2011 11:47:47 AM
