  • Scholarship Description
  • The Mary Kolb Berglund Traveling Fellowship is awarded for traveling studies in architecture: to research, develop, and disseminate knowledge of the built environment.

    -A U.S. citizen or permanent resident
    -Resident of Texas
    -Registered 4th, 5th, or 6th year student or recent graduate of an accredited architecture program (applicants who are recent graduates must apply within three years of graduation)

    The fellowship must be used in the year it is awarded. If the funds are not used in this time period they will be forfeited. One-half of the award will be forwarded to the recipient upon notification of the award. Recipient agrees to present a public presentation in March of the year following award, at the Dallas Center for Architecture, at which time the final half of the award will be disbursed.
