  • Scholarship Description
  • The McDermott Traveling Fellowship is awarded for traveling studies in architecture; to research, develop, and disseminate knowledge of the built environment. Past projects have included trips to Spain to study Moorish architecture and to Switzerland to study the works of Peter Zumthor. The scholarship is open to residents of Texas who are registered as a fourth, fifth or sixth-year student at an accredited architecture program' or a recent graduate (within three years) of an accredited architecture program.
