  • Scholarship Description
  • In addition to the Lycoming Grant program (need-based), Lycoming College offers over $3 million each year in scholarships to academically talented students studying on the Williamsport Campus who are full-time and degree-seeking. First-year students are automatically considered for all academic scholarships - there is no special application. All academic scholarships are automatically renewed in their original amount for the following year provided the student maintains satisfactory academic progress as defined in the College Catalog.

    For the faculty scholarship, incoming students must be:
    -In the top 20% of your class or have a minimum 3.65 GPA
    -SAT CR & M of 1250 or ACT composite score of 29 or higher
    -Awardees are invited to interview for an upgrade
