  • Scholarship Description
  • The Illinois National Guard (ING) Grant pays tuition and eligible fees (registration, graduation, general activity, matriculation and term fees) at all Illinois public universities or public community colleges. The ING Grant is an entitlement program and is awarded to eligible recipients regardless of the funding level. Eligible students must be an Illinois National Guard member who is either active or has been active in the Illinois National Guard for at least five consecutive years and have been called to federal active duty for at least six months and be within 12 months after your discharge date from the Illinois National Guard.
