The A.F. Clement Trust Scholarship was established in 1970 and repurposed in 2011 to provide scholarships for students who have been in foster care or had two deceased parents prior to the student's 18th birthday. The scholarship may provide up to two renewable awards for students who will pursue post-secondary education or vocational training leading to a certificate, degree, or diploma. Scholarships will be applied to the cost of undergraduate tuition, fees, room and board, and other college expenses.
