The BLK Men in Tech Scholars Program is designed to support the community in this effort by equipping future Black leaders with the resources they need to progress their education and establish a meaningful career. The BLK Men in Tech Scholars Program offers numerous scholarships. For the Pathfinder Scholarship, applicants must be a high school Senior who intend to major in a technology related field of study. For the Trailblazer Scholarship, applicants must be currently enrolled as a freshman, sophomore or junior majoring in a technology-related field of study.
All eligible application packets must include the following: a completed and signed application; a transcript; a letter of recommendation (one recommendation letter if a high school senior and two recommendation letters if a current undergraduate) from a school faculty member; and the enrollment verification form or a proof of acceptance. BLK Men in Tech aims to establish a network of Black men and allies who are committed to providing current and future tech leaders with the resources and opportunities they need to achieve greatness in this highly complex industry.
