  • Scholarship Description
  • The F.A. and Charlotte Blount Scholarship was established in 1997 to provide college scholarships to graduating
    Forsyth County high school seniors who will pursue a four-year baccalaureate degree at an accredited college or
    university. Scholarships will be applied to the cost of undergraduate tuition, fees, room and board, and other college expenses.

    To receive consideration, applicants must:
    -Be African-American or Hispanic
    -Have a minimum cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.0
    -Demonstrate financial need, but not restricted to lower family incomes (student's merit will be considered to a greater degree)
    -Attend an accredited college or university
