  • Scholarship Description
  • The Truman D. Picard Scholarship is dedicated to the support of Native American students pursuing higher education in natural resources.

    Submission materials:
    -Letter of application
    -Resume
    -3 letters of recommendation
    -Evidence of validated enrollment in a federally recognized tribe or Alaska Native Corporation, as established by the U.S. government (i.e. a photocopy of an enrollment card, front and back, or Certificate of Indian Blood) (CIB)
    -Transcripts (high school students must provide proof of acceptance, college student must provide proof of declared major)
